Architectural inspiration

The Rio print draws its inspiration from the Casa das Canoas, designed by Oscar Niemeyer in 1951 in the lush hills overlooking Rio de Janeiro. A true manifesto of organic architecture, the house interacts with its environment through free curves and fluid lines, almost abolishing the boundary between structure and landscape. It is this relationship between architecture and nature that inspires Archy® Rio.
