What countries can I be delivered to?

We deliver to EU member states, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the USA.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12pm (French time) are dispatched the same day.

After dispatch, delivery may take between 2 and 5 working days, except in special circumstances. During busy periods such as sales or Christmas, these times may increase. We will inform you if this is the case.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. All orders are shipped by our carrier and are fully traceable, thanks to the tracking link we send you. You can contact them if you have any questions about your shipment.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

We invite you first to contact the carrier and then our customer service department via the contact form.

Hercule Studio cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due exclusively to the customer's unavailability after several proposed appointments with the carrier. Should the parcel have to be returned to the warehouse, the return costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Will I pay customs duties on my order?

It depends on your situation. We ship orders from France. It is possible that some destinations apply customs duties when importing French products. For that, we invite you to consult the customs policy of the country of delivery. As such, Hercule Studio cannot be held responsible for any import fees related to an order.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Hercule Studio has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to our returns center for a refund.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, depending on the shipping zone.

Zone 1, €10: France
Zone 2, €12: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Zone 3, 15€: Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland
Zone 4, 25€: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania, French overseas departments and territories (excluding the UK: return at customer's expense)

How do I make a return?

If you wish to make a return, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you. Please include the date and number of your order. Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to provide you with a return label, which you can print out and affix to the original carton.

What are your repayment times?

We will refund your order within 3 to 10 working days of receipt. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will check all items for completeness before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order. The customer will be credited with the following amount: price of returned product(s) minus return postage depending on shipping zone.

I've received a damaged parcel that doesn't match my order. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged parcel or if the article does not correspond to your order, we invite you to keep it preciously and to take photos of the box. You can then contact our customer service department via the contact form to obtain a return form within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

Are Hercule Studio products "clean"?

We have at heart to offer you beautiful products, good for your well-being. This is why each material and ingredient is carefully selected to meet our quality, safety and environmental requirements.

Exercise mats and comfort pads:
REACH-certified foam, a European Union regulation adopted to better protect human health and the environment against the risks associated with chemical substances.
Polyamide fabric certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which guarantees that no chemical substances harmful to health are present in the fabric.

Yoga mats: Hercule uses natural rubber, a biodegradable and environmentally-friendly material.

Air and Mat Purifying Spray
Formulated with 95% natural essential oils. We use 100% plant-based organic wheat alcohol. We use no colorants or preservatives.

Although natural, some essential oils may contain allergenic molecules. In case you are concerned by an allergy to essential oils, we invite you to consult the list of ingredients contained in our formula before using the product.
