Care instructions
After training, clean the pad with the Air & Mat purifying spray and a slightly damp microfibre cloth.
The pad is also machine washable at 30° without detergent. It can be spun at a maximum of 400 rpm. It is advisable to leave the pad to dry flat away from direct sunlight.
Ensure that the pad is dry before rolling it up. Store away from direct sunlight.
To preserve the 3D texture, roll up the pad with the upper side facing outwards.
To protect the upper surface of the pad, avoid wearing rings during training or applying oily lotions such as sunscreen.
Recommended for use barefoot.

Is delivery free?
Delivery to a collection point is free for all purchases, we offer standard delivery for purchases over €150 in mainland France.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 12pm (French time) are shipped the same day.
After shipment, delivery times vary between 3 and 5 business days, except in special circumstances. During peak periods such as sales or Christmas, delivery times may increase. This is exceptional, and we will notify you if this is the case.
How to make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order date and order number. Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to provide you with a return label to be printed and affixed to the original box.
