Maintenance
After practice, sanitize the mat with Air and Mat Purifying Spray and its slightly dampened microfiber cloth.
You can also use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with cold water after practice. To remove larger marks, a small dose of washing-up liquid can be diluted in water beforehand.
Make sure the mat is dry before rolling. Store away from direct sunlight.
To protect the top surface of the mat, avoid wearing rings during practice or applying greasy lotions such as suntan oil.
Barefoot use recommended.
Not machine-washable.

Delivery and returns
Is the delivery free?
Delivery is free of charge for all purchases, and we offer standard delivery for purchases over €150 in mainland France.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 12pm (French time) are dispatched the same day.
After dispatch, delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days, except in special circumstances. During busy periods such as sales or Christmas, these times may increase. We will inform you if this is the case.
How to make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to help you. Please include the date and number of your order. Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to provide you with a return label to print out and affix to the original carton.
